The laboratory consists of a single room with an area of 2200 sq.ft. In this lab students perform the basic experiments of the DC machines and AC machines. Machines lab is the core of Electrical Engineering. It gives a hands-on experience of handling various types of DC and AC machines like motors, generators and transformers.

The laboratory consists of a single room with an area of 1040 sq.ft. This laboratory is to impart practical knowledge for students, about power electronic components and their applications. This laboratory is equipped with various modules for characteristic curve analysis of power electronic components (viz. DIAC, TRIAC, SCR and UJTs) and experimental setup of converters, inverters, choppers and speed control of dc motors. Power Electronics Lab is very useful for students to understand the concept of power electronic devices.

The laboratory consists of a single room with an area of 1040 sq.ft. The Measurement and Instrumentation Lab provides practical training in measuring and calibrating electrical parameters using advanced equipment. Topics covered include the calibration of single-phase energy meters using direct and phantom loading, calibration of three-phase energy meters, and measurement of self and mutual inductance. The lab is equipped with instruments, including a temperature trainer with a thermocouple module, a phase-shifting transformer, and both single-phase and three-phase energy meters, offering students hands-on experience to bridge theoretical knowledge and practical applications in electrical measurement.

The Analog Electronics Lab in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering is well equipped with facilities for the under-graduate courses and research oriented studies. In under-graduate courses, students are divided into small groups so as to give them proper exposure. Laying a strong foundation for young engineers, the laboratory makes the students understand the fundamentals of Analog Electronics. The Major equipment includes regulated dual power supplies, cathode ray oscilloscope (CROs), and function generators.

The Digital Electronics Lab in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering is well equipped with modern facilities for the under-graduate courses. Students are divided into small groups so as to give them proper exposure. Laying a strong foundation for young engineers, the laboratory makes the students understand the fundamentals of Digital Electronics. The students will have hands-on experience of Logic gates, Combinational and Sequential circuits. The major equipment include digital IC trainers, microprocessor/microcontroller trainer kits, stepper motor interfacing cards, ADC interfacing modules, matrix keyboard interface modules, LED matrix display module, regulated dual power supplies.

Small groups of students are formed in order to provide them with appropriate exposure. Laying a strong foundation for young engineers, the laboratory makes the students understand the fundamentals of Control systems. They are given a strong base in Microprocessor, Microcontroller, and MATLAB keeping the objective of lab in mind. Advanced Electrical Engineering lab also includes popular system analysis software MiPower and Mathworks software MATLAB.

The workshop includes familiarization of various equipment, tools and techniques used in electrical laboratory and practice of different basic wiring, lighting circuits. Students are benefited in such a way that they get an idea about household wiring and metering systems and various tools. They are also made aware of various safety precautions, electrical shocks and preventions. Students get an idea of use of tools used by electricians, wiring regulations, types of cables and electric accessories including switches, plug, circuit breakers, fuses etc., symbols for electrical wiring schematics e.g. switches, lamps, sockets etc.
